Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. Due to the nature of products supplied and to maintain strict quality control standards, Right Choice Coatings & Sealers do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or tinted products as enforced under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Returns are at the sole a discretion of Right Choice Coatings & Sealers. Any request for a refund must be received within 7 days of receipt of the product.

3. If a return for a non-tinted product is agreed to, return any UNOPENED containers of product to us strictly within seven (7) days from authorising.

4. Retain your receipt and tracking information and contact Right Choice Coatings & Sealers

5. Following delivery of the product and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a full refund, less an initial $45 restock fee, and $15 per liquid item fee covering QC material testing, handling and payment processing charged at cost.

6. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

7. Returned products are not entitled to reimbursement of any cumulative discounts.
